I was trying to use a regular work out mat for Yoga and it was slipping and ack so was I... The sticky surface on the Yoga mat is wonderful!! It's a perfect size for all the postures, can be taken anywhere as it folds up nicely... It is an excellent thickness for my needs and so comfortable, I am very happy I purchased it.

Customer Review: Too Long Too Thin

This mat is very long, two children could use it at the same time, which is longer than needed... Also it says extra thick, it is as thin or thiner than every yoga mat I've used plus if you sweat at all its like doing yoga on a slip 'n slide... I gave it away and went back to using the floor.
